Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

In my final season, I was focused on winning our conference and having a deep playoff run. My team was composed of guys that have been playing together for multiple years and worked well together so I knew we would have success.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

As a specialist, I get to participate in limited reps and I pride myself in being the best teammate I can be. After a big play or a good technique play that goes unnoticed, I’m always running up to teammates, congratulating them. As a specialist and walk on, most guys don’t expect you to show up to voluntary workouts during the winter and summer. I showed up every term to show my teammates I was working and shows that I’m an all in type of guy.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When studying film, I look to see formations on when the opposing team will rush our punt unit, if anyone will block me when releasing on punt, and tendencies on for the returners/moves they usually make.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I separate from others at my position because I play a physical brand of football. After the snap on punt, I’m always looking to hit someone and make a play to prove I can play football rather than just snap. On field goals, I’m looking to help my guards out in the A gaps to pancake a defensive tackle or a safety jumping to block the kick.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

For the offseason, I will utilize my strength and conditioning staff at the University of Delaware, as well as the facilities. I’m also working to get more speed on my ball for both units.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I believe that my physical presence will make an impact because I am bigger for my position and stand out in that sense. I am a high character athlete that will translate on and off the field. I have tremendous people skills, which have helped me come this far in my athletic career.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I don’t come from a Division 1-A school so that might scare organizations away. However I have snapped in big time football games such as Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Navy, South Dakota State and North Dakota State. I take my position and reps very serious to elevate my game to the next level. All I need is an opportunity to capitalize on my skills and athletic ability.
