Q: In your final collegiate season, what goals did you accomplish this fall or set for this upcoming spring?

Play in every game, receive BIG 10 honors, be a team captain for the 2nd consecutive season, and finish my career with my 4th academic All-Big 10 honors. I accomplished all these goals.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I’m a committed and dependable player, that wants what’s best for the team and demonstrates it with a servant attitude.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

Fundamentals of offensive line such as leverage, hand placement on punch, and patience. I also look at my feet for pass sets based off of alignment and keeping my feet moving in the run game.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My athleticism and understanding of the game of football.

Q: What is your plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities, especially with the virus limiting pro days/training facilities/etc?

Train at BOOST Performance in TN and stay away from high risk COVID public areas.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My servant leadership attitude, my enthusiasm for the game, and my ability as a dependable and aggressive O-lineman.

I am a man who has shown growth every year both on and off the field. I am both a coachable and committed football player who is smart enough and relentless enough to make it in the NFL.
