Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

My goal going in to my last collegiate game was no matter what, I want to finish with a Win for the Seniors to finish on a good note. Had to finish strong and with a winning record.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

My style of play would be – playmaker, leader, and a winner.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

This offseason I will be training with my strength coach and working on my speed, quicker feet, and just get bigger, faster, and a lot stronger and continue to learn more about film work with my Quarterback coach.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

When studying film, what I look for first would be how they line up in certain coverages and also who is their best Cornerback and there weakest Cornerback as well. I look to see what front they give us just in case we need to check into the best plays to put us in position to win the game.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

What separates me from other players that play Quarterback would be the fact that me being 6’4″, I am able to be a dual threat Quarterback and I can also throw pretty good on the run. Also, I’m a playmaker.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

A couple of abilities I have that will stand out for a team would be my leadership skills. I do a good job by leading by example on and off the field. Also, the fact that I am a winner, I’ll do whatever it takes to win for the team. I believe that’s the most important aspect and plays a role as a leader. My playmaker ability as well, if something isn’t there, I will make something happen in a positive way and put the team in the best position to win.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

My final pitch would be that I can rise to adversity and overcome it and come out on top. I’m willing to sacrifice for the team, I’m an elite Quarterback, and I am a hard worker!
