Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

One goal I got to see was a change in my game. Me being able to grow as a player has always been important to me.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

I’m a dawg, whatever phase of the game it may be such as offense or running down on kickoff to make a tackle I’m going to do what needs to be done.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I look at the little things, steps, how fast and smooth I’m getting in and out of my routes, my hand placements with blocking, my strikes. It all ties together. Being your biggest critic is important in my opinion. Tape doesn’t lie.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

Besides my size, I believe I’m a versatile athlete. My ability to move with my feet are important to me, I’m quick but also just my IQ on the field.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I’ve been working out with my Trainer KB everyday in Houston, TX in order to prepare. Crafting my body and my mind. My diet has changed tremendously by learning which proper foods to intake and get the best out of myself, film study, and taking care of my body through different stretches and yoga believe it or not. But just treating my body right.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Ultimately, my awareness and ability to adapt, I’m a quick learner which makes me versatile. A competitor on and off the field and a doing what the team feels can win games whether it be in the film room or weight room. Being that teammate they need to hopefully make myself and everyone around me better.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I’d just want to say to take a chance on me. I want to make the best out of any opportunity that comes my way and I’d work to make the most of it, wherever needed. Im focused on my craft and willing to give it my all. I’ve made it my lifestyle because I love this game.
