What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals were to have 60 catches, 1000 yards, and 15 touchdowns. I wanted to make All New England, First Team All-Conference and one of the four D3 All Region Teams. I met most of my goals, I finished with 75 catches, 1,215 yards, and 12 touchdowns. I earned All New England, First Team All-Conference, and third team D3 All Region.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I remained focused and made sure to put in the work, study, and watch film. I watched all of my favorite WR’s and studied their skills so I can incorporate into my game and making sure I took care of my body.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

On and off the field, my teammates and coaches look to me as someone who they can challenge to do more and I’m able to rise to it. Always put the team first, play with my heart on my sleeve. Coachable and smart, overall a leader.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I look at the defense as a whole to read coverages, recognize blitz’s. Then I look at Defensive backs to see what their tendencies are, weaknesses, and try to exploit them and get open. Watching film allows me to recognize any mistakes I made and to do better.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I would say my work ethic, being committed to football and the next level is my priority. Coming from a smaller school, I have to continue to put in the work, day in and day out to have that opportunity.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My plan has been to set clear goals and expectations, recover and stay healthy, increase my strength, speed, and agility and prepare myself for pro days.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My passion and love for the game, I’ve been playing this game since I was 4 years old, it’s all I know. Self-motivation, I’m someone who gets up early to put in extra hours of practice. When consistency is needed, I can provide it. I’m selfless and confident but never let that affect the team or relationships negatively. Off the field, I want to be someone involved in the community.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

It’s been my dream to make it professionally. I am grateful for every chance coaches and players have taken on me. On times I wanted to give up or didn’t know if I had the opportunity to make it here, it pushed me to become greater. This is only the beginning and I’m never going to give up. I’m blessed to say the least for the route I chose. I will do whatever it takes to live my dream.
