Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

Coming into the season I had very few goals: 1. Give God’s name glory 2. Make my mom proud 3. Make my coach proud. I think with the accolades of SAC DPOY , Regional DPOY , and All- American I accomplished that goal.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say I’m a leader and a hard worker who comes to play every time I’m on the field.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I look for tendencies in the o lineman to give me a tip to play a step faster. Does he look down when he goes for a down block ? Does he get in a 2 point stance for a pass blocks and 3 point stance for run ? Where does the center go in pass protection ? Etc.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I’m shorter. Which could be seen as a negative, but I see it as a positive. With my strength, speed, and ability to bend I always have the advantage with my size because the lowest man always wins.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

Just work and get better at everything so when the opportunity comes I’ll be ready.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I’m a natural born leader and hard worker who will bring an edge to the team . I’m a competitor who will raise the talents around me because of who I am as a person.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I can see why it would be hard to take a chance on an undersized player as myself , but I’m a dog, a great football player , and a play maker. I don’t settle for mediocrity. Everything I do I strive to be the greatest. If you choose me to be on your team you will see that quickly.
