Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
My goal was to be first team all conference and was upset when I found out I made second team!
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would tell you that I am an extremely hard worker and that I’m a good person. I was respected by my teammates and the entire coaching staff!
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
I focus on hand placement and footwork. Those things are important to me. Those things are the difference between making a tackle and giving up a touchdown.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I don’t compare myself to other athletes. I focus on being the best player I can and when I do that I’m a better player than most the players in the country at my position!
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
My off season plan was to train with my strength coach. He knows my strengths and weaknesses and knows how to work with them. He’s been doing this a long time and he is very good at what he does.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I’m aggressive!! I love competing and I love being physical! I love whooping 320 pound offensive lineman and embarrassing them and letting them know it ain’t nothing they can do about it! I’m effective in the run and passing game. I’m a total player.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
If you had a chance to get me and you didn’t, you’ll regret it because whatever teams decides to get me, when we come to play y’all you’ll see all the disruption I cause and the backfield and you’ll say to yourself “ man we had a chance to get this dude and we turned him down?” And you’ll realized the mistake you made!
