Q: What has motivated you to continue playing football at the professional level?

The grind of seeing my mother raise 4 kids as a single mother, day in and day out, making sure we had food every night even when she didn’t eat. Seeing that made me push for a scholarship because I knew we couldn’t afford it and I had been working to get her out the hood that she still lives in to this day.

Q: As far as training goes, what have you done in order to stay in shape, most importantly football shape, since you graduated?

I was training on my own with conditioning and using my college football workout book for the gym. I’ll have my college track coach send me workouts for my speed. Then, I came across a football gym called VanHook and have been working out with them ever since. I am getting my upper body stronger, feet quicker, hips way looser then what they already where, and increasing my football IQ. We been working on a lot of Pro Day training right now.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities would you bring to a team?

The ability to be coachable, hard work, dedication, competition, leadership, and my dancing skills.

Q: What makes you unique and seperates you from other players at your position?

I’m versatile! I can play in and out, left or right. You can put me in any spot and the job will get done. I’m an aggressive corner and I’m always going 100% because we have a championship to win because I practice how I play!

Q: Why should a team sign you as a Free Agent instead of another player right out of college?

There is no right answer for that question, but me as a man and an athlete, the reason why I grind so hard is because I won’t let anyone out work me. Whether you are fresh out college or have been in the league for 6 years. I have been telling myself everyday, “I don’t get tired because time waits for no one.”

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to professional scouts and teams?

If you’re looking for a coachable play maker, aggressive competitor, and a man that’s going to bring nothing but positive energy that’s always smiling through thick and thin to a team, you looking right at him.
