What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
I was able to help my team to a conference championship and make the schools second ever playoff appearance. While being a dominate force in the middle.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
Made sure to train harder and smarter and develop my body more jumped my squat max from 525 to 6 plates during the time.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I’m a hardworking and intense with my play style. I might not always make the big play but I will free up chances for my teammates. I approach practice and game day with an intense focus and desire to get better. Same way I’m the most intense person around my teammates also know me to be a pretty fun loving dude who likes to laugh.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I like to study my opponents tendencies and habits. It’s good to focus on the littlest of things.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
What separates me is my quickness and violent punch in the trenches demanding double teams and splitting them.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I have been training on my own but for now will be training at a combine tacitly for my pro day.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I will bring a twitchy and powerful Nose Guard who can reset the LOS, take on, double teams, and effect the pocket. Off the field they will be getting somebody who will sell out for his brothers.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
Given the opportunity I can and will turn many of heads I’m not hear looking to be handed anything I will earn it if I can’t earn it I’m taking it and not letting go. Given the opportunity I can be a valuable piece on the defensive interior and a great energetic personality in the locker room who is willing to give a helping hand to the people.
