Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
My goal heading into the season was to be the best Defensive Lineman in our conference. No matter what position I play, to beat the person in front of me.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Competitor/Hungry/Grind.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
When it comes to training, I will train like no other and grind harder than I ever did before. Change my eating habits and how I sleep and just try to be in the best shape ever.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
When looking at film, I look at the backfields to see what they run the most. I look at the different stands the Offensive Line is in, so I can tell if a Guard is pulling, run blocking, or pass blocking. I look at there hands and then their splits.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I would say that how much I grind and how hard I work. I always want to get better no matter what. I always have something to work on.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
What I can bring is that I’m going to compete every play on and off the field. I bring excitement and push people and I just grind.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
One thing about me that I always say, is that I grind for everything I have and going to have. I just want a shot to show that and that I can play on any stage and it doesn’t matter the position on the Defensive Line.
