Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?
I wanted to help our team go 1-0 every week. We finished tied for the most wins in program history with 8. We also finished the highest in the conference we ever have by finishing second in the PFL.
Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?
My coaches would say I am a smart, passionate, and tough football player. I will do whatever it takes to help our team win.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
I focus on the fronts, coverage’s, personnel, and tendencies. All these help me pre snap knowing what the defense is trying to do in order to get us in the right play and to get the ball out on time to the right player.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I would say my ability to read defenses and anticipate throws on time with accuracy.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I will be training back home where I am from in New Jersey. I will focus on strength, speed, and flexibility. I will also be throwing and working on my craft as a quarterback in order to be as prepared as possible for the next level.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I will bring leadership on and off the field. I was a three-year captain in college and have been a quarterback for the last 12 years of my life. Leading is something I have become accustomed to and can bring to any locker room.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
You will be getting a quarterback that is hard working, disciplined, and willing to do whatever it takes to the help the team succeed. I am extremely passionate about the game of football and will bring that energy to the organization every single day.
