Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I had Set a couple of goals I wanted to accomplish during the season first was to make 1st team all American and help lead the team to a national championship. Not only did I make first team all American this season but I also finished 2nd overall of the offensive linemen in the gene Upshaw award finalists. I finished 4th overall. We unfortunately did not make the national Championship game but we did come down to the final four but lost in the semi finals.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I believe my coaches and teammates would say that I’m a relentless hard nosed and confident player. They would say that if a play needed to be ran to my side they would put all trust in me that I would get the job done.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

When I watch film from past games and practices I make sure that I focus on watching my footwork and hand placement on the defenders. Having an offensive line coach like Coach Conrad from slippery rock who has NFL experience and started on an NFL offensive line there are things that I am picky about because I try to be the best I can. When it comes to watching film on my opponent I try to pick up on little tendencies they have. If I can be two steps ahead of the defender at all times I will use it to my advantage to give my team the best chance of being successful.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What would separate me from other guys in my position would have to be the relentless attitude that I bring to the table. No matter the circumstances I’m going to give my team everything I have in the tank. I lead by example and Will be the nastiest guy on the field all the time.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My offseason plan is to continue to get faster, I also plan to improve on agility, footwork along with pad level, and really focusing on the changes I will need to make to become a more versatile guy and be ready to play all five positions on the offensive line.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field my biggest strengths would be my footwork and agility along with the power I bring from training harder than everyone. I will be more prepared as a player on the field knowing my assignments and being able to read the defenses and the stunts and blitz they like being in those formations. Off the field you’re going to get an all around guy. I’ll be one of those guys in the locker room that can talk to anybody.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

All I need is a chance to prove that I can be what they are looking for in an offensive linemen. I will work my tail off and will be able to play any position on the offense of line. I will do anything for the team to win.
