Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
I wanted to win a national championship first and foremost. A personal goal was to earn All-American.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Physical, Fast, and Consistent.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I’m currently being trained in Columbus, OH at Power Train.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
I’m focused on habits of my opponent that can tip me to where the play is going. Tendencies on run vs pass plays that allow me to be a more effective edge player.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I have a good combination of power and speed that can allow me to play in all down situations. I can rush, set the edge, and cover when needed.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I’m always willing to do what the team needs first. I’m well aware of the sacredness of having a good locker room culture. On the field, I will be locked in and prepared to give my team my best effort every week. Effort is contagious.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
I’m very devoted to the game physically and mentally. I have good habits and understand the essence of the game will always be the things that requires no talent. Physicality and Effort.
