Q: In your final collegiate season, what goals did you accomplish this fall or set for this upcoming spring?
Being a more vocal leader, and letting my actions show that on and off the field. Also, established a better relationship with my teammates and creating chemistry.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches and teammates would say that I am a very hardworking player no matter what the situation is. If we are up by 100 or down by 100, they are going to get max effort
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
The major thing that I focus on when watching film is putting myself in that situation, even if it’s pass protection and applying my technique to a certain blitz, and it’s vice versa in the pass game, applying our offense against the opponent’s defense.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I would say my speed and being able to play any position on the field. Also, being that type of player that can make that big play at any time in the game. I would call myself a game changer.
Q: What is your plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities, especially with the virus limiting pro days/training facilities/etc?
Right now, I am training with my professional trainer that help me recovery from a ACL injury and making sure that I am staying safe and wearing and mask. But, making sure I’m getting prepared for the NFL.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
The strengths that I would bring to a team is that you are going to get the same player on and off the field, which is maximum effort. Also, doing whatever it takes to help my team come out with a win and being someone that the coaches and players can trust in a crutch time situation.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL/CFL or any other professional leagues?
All I need is an opportunity and I will make the most of it. A team player and is going to give max effort even if it’s in practice or in the game. I love the game and the process.
