Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
The goals I have set and accomplished this season were to show high levels of football IQ by learning multiple positions. Earning the respect of my coaches and teammates by dominating every rep which allowed me to earn a starting position. As well as earning All-Conference, leading the team in sacks, and tackles for loss.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches and teammates would say I am a great teammate, coachable, relentless, hardworking, a playmaker, and willing to do what it takes to dominate and win.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
When I study film there are multiple areas I focus on to improve my game. The first thing I look for are any weaknesses that give me an advantage. Next I look for team tendencies that I can exploit during the game. Once I am able to depict any details necessary I will find a TV copy for sounds such as cadence. The last thing I look for is if a player bites on faints and or specific moves.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
The biggest thing that separates me from the other pro prospects are my leadership qualities and the ability to be versatile in numerous positions as well as special teams.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I love the game of football which is why I am dedicated and disciplined to train diligently everyday during the offseason to improve my craft.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
The biggest strengths I will bring to my team will be the passion and respect I have for the game. My abilities to be a positive influence on the field with my work ethic, and relentless pursuit for excellence are second to none. My off the field citizenship in my community and with my family as a Servant Leader Is what I was born to do. I take pride in encouraging my team to want more while on the field. Off the field I will build bonds with teammates that will cultivate a culture of “We not Me”.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
My final pitch to the NFL and all pro leagues is that I will come to dominate and earn a spot on a roster. Rent is due everyday and I make daily deposits.
