What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The goals I set for my self was to focus on my weak points and make them stronger and continue to sharpen my skill and knowledge of the game to help my team and teammates get ready for the upcoming year.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

Gave me more time to train and get my body right as a whole to be healthy and get in good shape as well as learn new tricks to use on the field.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say I’m a great person on and off the field and very hard working individual that loves what he does as well as a leader on and off the field.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on patterns and key give aways on what the opposing team does, I watch for different stances in certain situations and blocking schemes of the offense.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I’m hard working and do a lot of film studying to see what I have to go against in a game and I’m great with my hands and taking on and defeating blocks when plays come my way. Being disruptive in some way every snap, all while playing with a controlled rage and passion for the game of football.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

Train and focus on the technical aspect of everything while still learning and getting a better understanding of the game to help me be the best athlete.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I always do what needs to be done from keeping my body right or really focusing on plays so that it can help me better understand the scheme of the defense we are running so I can play without hesitation.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

In me you will get a player that is hard working, I have always been the underdog because of where I played and had to earn everything I accomplished throughout my career and I will continue to fight to be the best, what ever it takes I will do to get the job done. Who ever takes the chance and let me prove myself well have a dog that we’ll help their defense or special teams be better to fix what they are looking for. I am a very versatile player that can do a lot in all kinds of defensive schemes.
