What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I went into the season with the goals of making all conference and making it to the playoffs.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I trained harder by focusing on the things that needed to be fixed in my craft because I decided to transfer schools to give myself a chance to showcase my talent.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I think they would say that I am my own biggest critic and dedicated because I feel like everything has to be perfect so I work hard to make it right.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I’m watching film for myself. I look for the things that I did well at and for the the things I could improve on for the next game. When I’m watching for my opponent, I’m checking for his strengths and weaknesses.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My determination and mental toughness. I’ve overcome many obstacles throughout my career and have learned from them.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

As soon as the season ended, I got with my trainers and started working on improving my craft for pro day.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I’m always willing to guide and help my teammates improve on their skill as well as mine. You have to keep the mindset that you are a part of a unit and in order for the unit to succeed and look good, everyone around you must do good.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I’ve been playing this game since I was 5 years old and everyday since then I’ve gotten better and better. I would just like the opportunity to prove that I have what it takes to play at the highest level.
