Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My personal goals were to get bigger, stronger, faster, and my conditioning level as high as possible. I wanted to be elected a team Captain for my senior season and I had goals to get all conference honors. I worked hard and saw great increases in my weight room numbers and saw great change in my conditioning during training camp from all the extra work I would put in to get in better shape, while I was also voted a team captain by my teammates. However, I did not get all conference but I do not regret the efforts I put in to achieve it I gave it my all every time I stepped out there.
