What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals for this final season were to be All Conference Receiver and to post a 1000 yard season. Accomplishing the all conference and getting 1000 all purpose yards.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I took advantage of the extra year by getting to know our new system under a new head coach, taking the off season to train harder than ever and using the final season to send a message to other schools and pro teams that I’m a hard worker and I’m not ready to hang up the cleats.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say that I’m a great competitor in anything I do and have the most fun. I like to be relaxed and enjoy what I do on the field but also focusing extra when it’s needed and doing what I need to do to make my team and myself successful.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When watching film, the top 2 things I like to look at are what is the demeanor of the corners that I’ll see the most throughout the game and what are the top 2 coverages that the secondary runs.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

The main thing that desperate me from other prospects is that I’ve only been playing football throughout college and only my senior year in high school. Only had legit Receiver coach for 2 years so I have more room to grow as a player and a higher ceiling than others.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My off-season training plans are to stay local with the people that have helped me this far while also surrounding myself with others that have the same dreams and aspirations such as my teammate Jalen James.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My standout abilities would be the fact that I’m one of the faster guys and even more so with the size I’m at. Allows me to go downfield for deep balls but also be more physical than the guy across from me to fight for 50/50 balls. Also with what I mentioned earlier, I bring a good energy and like to have fun at all times even in the most serious moments because I believe that you’re most relaxed when you’re having fun.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My final pitch is that I’m willing to do what I need to do to better myself and a team and helping the team in any way and any position that needs to be filled while giving my 100% focus to continuing to do what I love and that is playing football.
