Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

Goals that I accomplished during my final season were becoming more of a leader on and off the field. Statistic wise, I accomplished averaging at least a first down on every catch throughout the season and becoming more of a consistent blocker in the run game.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

My coaches would say I am a motivated player. I’m always asking questions in film study or on the practice field trying to improve in every aspect of the game. I am a leader/mentor to my teammates, especially the younger guys.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I try studying film whenever free time is available. I mainly focus on the coverages certain teams play and think of plays we have that we could run against them. I also look at individual tendencies that a player might have such as the technique he likes to play or if he keeps his eyes in the backfield etc.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

What separates me is my ability to make the contested catches and the ability to use my body frame to create separation.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I am currently on a strict diet trying to maintain the weight I am at right now. I am doing a strength and conditioning program, training to make sure I am in the best shape possible when an opportunity arises.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

The strengths I bring to a team is I am always willing to learn and improve trying to become a better player. Also, my ability to use my body to get open and make the big time catches throughout the game.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I don’t really see this as a pitch, but I would like to say I am willing to do or play whatever or wherever a team would need me, whether that be on special teams, being a WR, or both. I am going to continue and try to become one of the best in the game at what I am doing.
