Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

Changed the culture of the program, won 1 game my junior year then made the playoffs my senior year, became a captain, led the team in tackles and interceptions.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

They would say he’s a passionate, hard working leader.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

Learn the offense’s tendencies as far as personnel groups as well as down and distance. As far as critiquing myself, I pay attention to missed opportunities to ensure that I make the play the next time.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

Versatility, I played all 3 LB positions, made all the calls and checks for the defense and I’m great in coverage.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I’ll be training with one of the best; Bobby Stroupe at Apec in Fort Worth, TX.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Versatility, leadership and a guy who you don’t have to worry about off the field.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

Here’s a modern day LB who is athletic, can stuff the run, blitz, play man coverage on a RB or TE, great eyes and feet in zone coverage and will be a good addition for your team’s locker room.
