Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

Going into my final Collegiate season, I set out to be All-MAC and be someone that my team could count on to make plays. Not only did I want to improve statistically, but I wanted our defense to improve.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Motor- Always running to the ball
Physical- playing Defensive End, I was required to play 6i and take out wham blocks, as well as squeeze base blocks to reduce space.
Intelligent- I believe having a high Football IQ puts me in position to make plays

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I will train with the mindset of doing whatever it takes to get to the next level. I will focus on the small details to make myself a better athlete and have the best pro-day and combines I possibly can.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

When I watch film, I look for tendencies in an offense. Coordinators give away tendencies depending on the personnel and the down. As far as studying players, I also look for tendencies and stances because usually lineman will give away a pass and run key.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

One thing that separates me is my football IQ and knowing where to be on the field and knowing where my teammates will be in the scheme of the defense.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am a leader. More so shown by action than verbally. I have a nose for the ball and the ability to make plays.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

Any team that I am fortunate to play for is investing in someone that will do anything to put the team in the best position to win. I will work hard every single day on and off the field to maximize my potential. I will always give 100% effort.
