Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

Coming into the season I wanted to set real specific short goals. The first one was to make it through camp fully healthy. As far as the season goes my goals were to be a big opportunist, chances are slim in football so I wanted to make sure I took advantage of the chances I did get. Making the plays that came to me and also creating big plays, being a leader to the guys on my team.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates will say that I’m a selfless leader, a blue-collar hard-working player. A guy that’s gonna pay attention to the details and put same effort in the film room that I do on the field.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I am watching film on myself I try to pick up onto small things such as stance and start driving out of breaks, low pad level, and effort.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

Versatility & consistency. Being able to play all 3 safety positions at a high level and be consistent with that. Being able to take coaching and apply it immediately.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

Totem training in Warner Robins, Georgia is where I will be doing my training. I have been a part of their program for about 3 years now and I have seen tremendous improvements in my game and in my strength and conditioning.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Durability, consistency & versatility. Whether it’s on the field or in the community of the organization that chooses me.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

If you give me an opportunity, you’re getting a guy that’s willing to work and adjust, to be coachable and a natural born leader. First guy in last guy out type of guy. A guy that’s gonna take full advantage of his opportunities.
