Height: 6’2″

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Lawrence: Athletic, Intelligence, and Toughness.

Q: How are you going to train/prepare this offseason in preparation for the draft or other pro opportunities?

Lawrence: I’m currently training at PRO SPORTS PERFORMANCE in Strongsville, Ohio with Kevin Kowalski, Reggie Hodges, and Jason Trusnik to get me ready for the NFL Regional Combine and Pro Day.

Q: If you could compare yourself to one current or former NFL player who would it be and why?

Lawrence: I would have to say Eric Kush. He’s a very good zone blocker, athletic, and a great pass protector.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

Lawrence: I focus on the D-lineman’s favorite pass rush move, how well does he play the run, and I look at his alignment which can give away which gap they’re going pre snap sometimes.

Q: What separates you from other players at your position?

Lawrence: My Quickness and Athleticism for my size. Once scouts see my 10 yard split in the 40, I know it will turn some heads.

Q: What kind of abilities would you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Lawrence: Leadership, good character, competitor, and a great work ethic. I’m always looking to get better everyday by learning from people that’ve done it before me. I’m also a homebody meaning that I’m not the type that will have problems off the field. I’ve been through so much in my life and football has done a lot for me in return, so I could never disrespect the game like that by doing anything to embarrass my teammates, my coaches, and the organization.

Q: What is your final pitch/sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

Lawrence: I have a great football I.Q, I’ve never had any major injuries, and everyday I’m going to come to work compete as if everyday is game day. All I want is a shot and with that shot I believe I can go far with it.
