Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Lance: Consistent, Confident, Focused.

Q: How are you going to train/prepare this offseason in preparation for the draft or other pro opportunities?

Lance: I am training with John Carney at his facility in California.

Q: If you could compare yourself to one current or former NFL player who would it be and why?

Lance: If I were to currently compare myself to a player in the NFL it would be Caleb Sturgis. We are very similar in size and and my kicking style is also very similar to his.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

Lance: When I am watching film, I focus on my steps towards the ball to make sure they are the same each time. I also focus on my swing, ball contact, and follow through. I want to make sure that I am doing everything correctly and being consistent with what I am doing.

Q: What separates you from other players at your position?

Lance: I think what separates me from other kickers is my drive to be the best I can be, my attention to details, and my willingness to do what it will take to perfect my kicking.

Q: What kind of abilities would you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Lance: On and off the field I would bring reliability and a positive influence. On the field, teams can rely on me to convert on field goals and put points on the board. I will also do things the right way and be an example for others. Off the field, I can bring the same abilities to the community and locker room.

Q: What is your final pitch/sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

Lance: I would tell scouts that I am someone who will do things the right way and will always work my hardest to become a better kicker and better asset to the team. I will never be satisfied with where I am at as a player and person.
