Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The goals that I set and managed to accomplish in my final Football collegiate season was to be defensive player of the year, a role model as a captain/brother and for school I wanted to accomplish something that was never done in my family and become the first to graduate with my bachelors degree.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say that I am a very motivated player. There’s always motive behind my next move, and my actions speaks louder than my words.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When looking at film, I make sure to pay attention to my mistakes & things that can better improve my performance, Mentally and physically.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My separation from other pro prospects is my words of wisdom. People can encourage others to become better. I’ll rather show them the possibilities of a true gift than speak on something that they believe is impossible.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I will work on my mental transition to a professional aspect of football more often and less of the collegiate way. My physical part of change shall be focused on my flexibility and consistency.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On and off the field I am a person that can provide positivity to my teammates and also counsel when needed. “Just because I’m your teammate doesn’t mean I can’t be a brother”, is my way of life.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My final pitch is that I’m extremely dedicated and I truly have a dream. I’m also passionate behind it because it has saved me from becoming another statistic in my city. I want the youth to look at me as themselves so they can see the possibilities that are out there rather then what they see on the streets on a daily basis.
