Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals this past season was to make the playoffs and win the national championship. Although my team and I didn’t make it that far I can I’ve made relationships with some teammates that will I will forever cherish.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I can’t speak for them but I would definitely say I bring contagious passion and energy to our team. I don’t sugar coat nothing. If we are not where we are as a team I will address it out of love for them and the game.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When it comes to practice film I focus on the details, hand placement, eliminate false steps. I watch for different ways to apply knock back and apply more dominance with speed and violence. Game film is different, I watch almost everything the opposing team does. Which way does the oline pass slide the most? Who is the best pass protector? Who has dead feet when coming into contact? What plays they execute best 3rd & short 3rd & long?, etc.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I bring energy and passion. It’s contagious and I know it’s a gift God gave me that not too many players I’ve been around don’t have. I give effort that I know players lack.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I currently train with @JCS training – IG & @Precision rush – IG here in California. They are helping me with sharpening my details with speed and power to stop the run and working the top of my rush. Also Pro day training is involved as well.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

You’ll hear me on the field, you’ll hear and feel me during warm ups, during game time, in the locker room passion and energy. I am quick on my feet. I can play at two different speeds, I have experience to play in all positions on the Dline.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I’m a real diamond in the rough. I’m blessed to even have the opportunity to play at the next level no matter where God takes me. I’m a dawg. The one they tell you not to take home from the kennel. This journey is bigger than me. I want it more than anyone else despite the challenges and hard obstacles I have to go through I’m still here biting at every opportunity. It’s a blessing to play this game it’s a gift. All I need is a chance.
