Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

With the extra year of eligibility I feel like I got better as a leader and being counted on at all times to make something happen for our team! And this gave me time to study for film and just learn more while being in college!

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say that I am a leader and a hard worker, and that I’m accountable on and off the field. Before the season I was voted as captain by the players, so that shows you what they think of me and what I have to bring to the team!

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I study film, I look at 3 keys things! Vision, blocking, and the defensive scheme. You can read a lot of defenses by the safety and then by knowing your playbook, the blocking and vision will help throughout a game!

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My versatility separates me, as well as my football IQ. I’m very explosive through holes and cuts and I’m a good blocker that can separate me!

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I will be training in Cincinnati, Ohio with my trainer La Ramsey!

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

The abilities that I would bring to an organization include energy, the desire to be coached, an obsessive attitude towards being a great football player/pro and eventually vocal leadership later down the line. I like to hold people accountable so I like people to do they job and we can be one team and one sound!

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My work ethic along with my determination will lead me to be a successful player at the next level and I have a lot of faith in that. If you need a player that is invested in pushing your organization towards winning in any way possible I am your guy. Whether that be through offense, and or all phases of special teams, my desire to win is unmatched.
