Position: DT
Height: 6’5”
Weight: 285

Q: In your final collegiate season, what goals did you accomplish this fall or set for this upcoming spring?

The goal was always to declare for the NFL draft, but also put together a great season this fall to at least have a shot.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I think everybody would say good things, I played hard and brought a lot of energy. I was always ready to go and I soaked up detail.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I think the main thing I look at is my motor and how disruptive I am and how many dominant game changing plays can I make.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I think in the draft this year, I’m probably one of the only dlineman at my size that can play a lot of different positions. I think I’m well rounded no matter where you want me to play.

Q: What is your plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities, especially with the virus limiting pro days/training facilities/etc?

Work on a lot of lateral movement and mainly do things that are going to get me prepared for the drills. Also, work on my fatigue and my explosiveness, I think that’s going to be a big thing.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I think I bring a different kind of approach. I think I’m going to shock people about how ready I will be to play and knowing what to do. I think versatility is the biggest thing I bring to a team.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL/CFL or any other professional leagues?

Taking a chance on me would be great, I think that I can come in and make an impact.
