Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

Some of my goals heading into my final college season were to give it my all and cherish every game and every practice with my teammates and my coaches. Another goal of mine was to become an All-Conference player in the OAC.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

My style of play described in 3 words would have to be aggressive, smart, and fast.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

This off-season, I will prepare to become more stronger and faster on the field. I will also study the game of football into more depth to help myself with play recognition. I would also prepare with more 1 on 1 opportunities to help myself with man to man coverage.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

When I study film, I focus on all the tendencies an offense could acquire, like where their Tight Ends line up, where their Receivers line up, and and also the Running Back and the Lineman. Then, I focus on what formations they run and what plays they create out of those formations, like if it’s play action, run, or pass. I also look for who the head of the monster is on the offense and look to take the best athlete or playmaker out and it should be a good day.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

Some attributes that separate me from other players at my position would be the aggressiveness when defeating blocks, pursuit to the football, and creating the edge so teams can’t work the perimeter.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Some strengths and abilities that I would bring to a team off the field would be communication, volunteering for community service opportunities, and friendships. On the field, I will show strengths of leadership, effort, and just getting the team ready for practice and games.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I’m a very hard worker on and off the field and I’ll bring relentless effort to a team. I’m willing to learn and grow to become even a better athlete. Being in the NFL is a big dream that can become true.
