What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goal was to be a all-conf guy and be a solid person to depend on for our defense and also win a conf championship and win a bowl game.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I took advantage for sure it gave me more time to Helped me develop as a player, helped me grow my skill set and to become more of a leader to our team.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say that I’m a great leader, hard working player that plays with a high motor and great effort. And most importantly, a great person.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I am always making sure I’m watching myself to see how I can improve my game. Rather that’s alignment, assignment, technique, effort, etc. I’m also studying my opponent, from formations, backfield sets and mostly individual player tendencies to help me get an edge.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I’m not scared of being physical and doing the dirty work and I love taking on double teams and not backing down.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My off season plan is to train hard and to make sure I am in shape and healthy. Also to become a better student of the game by studying film and adding tools to my tool box.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My strengths and abilities is I got a quick step and good physical hands and good IQ.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My final pitch to any team in any league would be that they are getting a hard nose, blue collar guy who is willing to work hard day in and day out willing to do whatever it take to help the team succeed. Being coachable, learning and growing in all aspects of the game to help develop myself as a player is something I am looking forward in doing.
