Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

Personally, I wanted to make playoffs much more of a team goal. While that didn’t happen, I achieved personal goals like All-Conference awards and GAC Conference leading stats.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

Someone who will come and compete regardless of the circumstances and also someone who’s not afraid to be heard or be a leader.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I try to focus on the things that I don’t do as well and focus more on improving that aspect of my game. All while constantly working on the things I already do well.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

I feel like I’m really instinctive and I play the game that way. I take risks and play to make big plays.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I’m going to focus on gaining some weight and working on all out speed and footwork, along with tightening up and improving on my technique.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I work for my success, but I’m positive in the means of my teammates having success as well. I’m a good teammate and I work hard regardless of the situations I’m in. I used to play quarterback before coming to college, so I’m really smart in the means of understanding concepts and what you’re trying to accomplish as a defense. Also, athletic ability and the ability to make small plays big ones.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I just want to an opportunity to play at the next level and show my talent. I’m a hard worker and I’m a team oriented player who makes the players around me better.
