I think the main goal I accomplished going into my final collegiate season is establishing my ability to be a true leader.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

Hardworking, committed, loyal, and smart.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I first evaluate the opponents overall defensive scheme to see the coverages they run. Then, I focus on the DB’s first steps and point out their weaknesses/strengths, so that I can combat them with my abilities.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

A lot receivers tend to be very talented, but not a student of the game. Then you have players that have average ability, but are very smart players. I know I have both the smarts and athleticism to compete with anyone.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I will definitely be training, started with my mind and body trainer by the name Footdoctor Dmac. I will also look for other facilities to focus on the combine events.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My daily urge to be a great person will help me on and off the field, because that will reflect on my teammates/coaches and the community around us.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

My name is Khayri Denny and I am a very hardworking, dedicated, and intelligent man. I have all of the physical and technical attributes you could find in a WR from speed, strength, explosion, and a very precise route runner, which is seen in my films. I strive for the best for myself which will bring out the best in others.
