Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The goals I set for this season was to win a PSAC Championship, and to win a national championship. As well as, receive All-Conference, and All-American honors. Unfortunately we did not win our conference, nor compete for a national title, but I was able to receive First Team All PSAC West.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I am willing to do anything to help the team win. You will receive my best each and every day. I believe my coaches and teammates respect my work ethic and what I bring to the table. I also feel like they would say I am a natural born leader. I lead by example, and will do anything to ensure team success. I was blessed to be voted by my teammates team captain. I think that speaks volume of what type of player I am. Individual stats will come, but I always been a team player.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

Each week watching my technique through the week of work. Taking notes on my technique throghout certain coverages. Making sure I have the correct alignment and leverage. Also making sure to stay patient, and maintaing leverage throughout a play. When I am breaking down opponents films I like to study formations & alignments. I will break down offensive tendencies in different formations that they display. Also alignment is big deal as well. If the wide receiver tightens or widening his alignment it alerts that a certain play will come. Also studying the QB. I like to see if the QB scans the field or just makes one read and throws. This will prep me in my gameplanning and technique.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I think what seperates me is my Football IQ. I have a good feel for the game and I pick up on coverages and techniques pretty quickly. Not being sure of what your doing will allow you to play slow, and you can not do that at the highest level. What also help me is playing Quarterback from youth league up until high school football. I have a good feel for offense tendencies, formations, and Quarterback reads. I also feel like I have good instincts. I am quick to react, which allows me to make plays on the ball and even tackles. Also I can cover a lot of ground in coverage.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

To continue to workout out at a high level in the weight room and on the field. As well as prep for combine drills such as 40 yard dash, and the 5-10-5 pro agility drill.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My work ethic. All I know is hard-work. That was instilled in to me ever since I was young. I always felt like I been overlooked. This just added fuel to my fire and make me want to work more. I am a physical player, and will do anything for the predicament of the team. I have a great Football IQ, and I have passion for the game. Most importantly I am coachable.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

To any NFL team, or any other professional league all i ask is for an opportunity. If I am given a opportunity, you will be quick to see my work ethic and passion for the game. I will do anything in my power to ensure team success. I will show up each and every day ready to work. I will always strive for success and look for ways to improve my game.
