What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I was able to learn how to pass rush better, play coverage and be a part of a FBS Bowl team.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I showed my versatility as a football player being more of a “jack of all trades” than I have earlier in my career.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say that I am a very Intelligent, competitive, and physical football player. Also, that I am a very impactful leader and put my heart in everything I do.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I try to focus on my hand placement, having my eyes on my key, and getting out of my stance fast.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I think what separates me from other prospects is that I’m extremely flexible in the sense that I can bend when pass rushing. Also, my high football IQ allows me to play coverage well and know what the offense is going to do pre snap.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

In preparing for my Pro day, I worked out at Plex Sports facility in Houston, Texas. Now, I am training with my brother who also plays college football. We workout 5 days a week speed and strength training.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On and off the field, I will bring integrity, perseverance, and the willingness to accept constructive criticism.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I feel that my skillset will be an asset to any of the 32 NFL teams because I bring a passion for the game, the ability to make good decisions on and off the field, and dedication.
