Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

First I wanted to make sure I was doing right in the classroom, other than that I didn’t have any individual goals for myself. After missing a year, I just wanted to play as a Vulcan. I couldn’t wait to be back out there with that team winning.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

A leader by example and somebody that enjoys playing football, also someone you want in your culture.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

Down and Distance, Personnel, Formation, Keys.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

Some people just want to say they play. I play because I love to compete and play football. I can play LB, DE, Rover, and even was a Nose in a package. I was a Quarterback recruit turned safety before I switched to LB.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

This offseason I will have the chance to team up with my cousin Malik Hooker and meet great people and prepare in a Pro atmosphere, physically/ nutritionally.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I’ll do my job and I’ll make plays naturally. I’ll always be around the football. I will always be On time As well as always do the right thing representing the organization and brotherhood.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

To whatever team that comes to get me, you’re getting an all around football player. It is not about a dime to me. I play because of my love for football. All I need is an opportunity to put the pads on and I’ll be ready to prove I can play.
