What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

As a senior I wanted to end my college career with a mountain west championship and bowl game win. Unfortunately we didn’t get to the mountain west championship but we still finished 10-3 with a bowl game win.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

With the extra year I was able to get more film against power 5 schools and ranked teams.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say I’m a trustworthy, gritty player, and a Swiss Army knife for the offense, who’s willing to do whatever it takes to help the team. Whether that be catching the ball, lead blocking on runs, or helping in pass protection.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I like to focus on player tendencies against certain formations or down & distances. I try to see if their alignment or body language changes whenever they’re running something outside of their base defense. The game slows down a lot if I know what my opponent is about to do before the ball is snapped.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My physicality and my attention to detail is what sets me apart.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I’ve been training for pro day here in Fresno since January at Athletic Performance and now that pro day is over I’m just going to continue to train there and get as strong and prepared as I can for when the opportunity comes.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am a physical Swiss Army knife for the offense that can help in the run game, passing game, pass protection, and special teams.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I pride myself on being physical and being a trustworthy teammate who can always be trusted with doing his job.
