What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

This season being my last college football season ever I wanted to show I was one of the best players in the conference.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I used this extra season to show that myself and scouts that I could indeed do the little things correctly, from getting my foot work right to getting my hand placement correct on blocks.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say that I am a hard working player I have no problem doing the dirty work on the field, I am very coachable and always looking for ways to improve my game.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When watching film I pay close attention to my feet and where my hand placement was on contact from there I look to make sure I’m creating a line a scrimmage not just getting driven in the back field.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I played defense all my life until I got to college and made the switch to tight end I think was separates me is my ability to hit and be aggressive when blocking my size and athleticism helps me to block and runs past guys no matter their size or position.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

This off season I really plan on working on my route running and my lateral movement going work hard to change my body composition and put on more muscle.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am hard working always eager and willing to learn and my ability to play special teams.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

All I need is the opportunity if that’s just practice squad or even a try out I know I will make the best of it and show that I belong on the field with them.
