Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

My goals were to recover quickly coming off an injury and to lead our defense to being the top defense in the conference.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Smart, physical and communication.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

For training, I will work on becoming more explosive to the point of attack, speed and agility, and also my reaction time.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

When watching film, I read the Offensive Lineman. I study their techniques when firing off the ball and when they’re going to set back for pass. I watch for splits and leaners.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

My instincts and preparation separates me from other players in my position. I study film for hours and I know everyone’s responsibility on the defense.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Work ethic, competitiveness, communication, and leadership.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I’ve worked for everything I have in life and I’m willing to keep working harder and harder to achieve my goals. I love the game of football and I love being physical. Under any system in the league, I will adjust and do my assignments.
