Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals during my final collegiate year was to be a stand out leader of the team and to simply be a dominant force on the field. Also I wanted to finish the season being an all-conference player. which I did in both the 2018 and 2019 football season by earning honorable mentions.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say I’m a commander on the field that leads by example. Im just a natural football player. I play very smooth, give great effort, and I’m a versatile player with good technique that can play any position in the secondary. I play down hill with a nose for the ball and never shy away from contact.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

With my film study I focus on myself to fix mistakes and to get better from my reps. For the opponents, I focus on play call tendencies with down and distance also alignments. With wide receivers I look for the way they run their routes, sometimes look at body language when they know they’re getting the ball or when they’re not, if they are aggressive blockers, and the type of player they are with the ball in their hands.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me from other guys is my football IQ I have a great understanding of the game and versatility to play corner or safety. I can cover wide receivers and tight ends. Every defense can use someone with my physicality and devotion to lead a defense.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My offseason plan to train and prepare for a professional opportunity is to focus on my strength, speed, become more explosive, and become more in depth with being a student of the game.Also gain some weight while I’m at it.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Strengths and abilities that I will bring to my team on the field would be a very technical, smart, hard working player that pays attention to detail. With a plus of good hips and footwork that can cover any position on the field and can make open field tackles. Off the field you’re getting someone that will always bring positive energy and a person that with great character that leads by example.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

My final pitch to any team out there looking for a ball player. I am willing to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed from any position on the field including playing on all special-teams. I am highly confident in my natural abilities and put in the hard work to elevate my game. Also, being coachable and the ability to take constructive criticism is something I pride myself on and I believe it helps better my game.
