Position: S/CB
Height: 6’0″
Weight: 198

Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals for this season was to become the best leader I could be for my team. I was voted one of four captains which was a tremendous accomplishment for me. We had a young team so I wanted to make sure I lead the young guys from the front and set the example. On the field, I wanted to remain consistent every game which I believe I have done. Whether I was consistent with my coverage technique or tackling, I wanted to make sure I did my job for my team.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates will say I am a person who does whatever the team needs. This year the coaches demanded more leadership out of me and I was able to step up as team captain. My teammates know that I would do anything for them.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

When I was studying film, I would focus tendencies the opposing offenses would show. Our coaches did a great job on the scouting reports which allowed me to study tendencies all week leading up to game day. I would try to pick up on route concepts and plays that I envisioned the opposing offense would use against our coverages.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me from other prospects in my position is that I am versatile. At UNH, I played Cornerback, Nickelback, and Free Safety. Being versatile gives a defensive coordinator the ability to play me at multiple positions. I pride myself on watching enough film to the point where I feel like I know the opposing offense’s playbook. I believe I have a high football IQ.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I have been training at Mike Boyle’s Strength & Conditioning in Massachusetts.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field, I will bring a “do your job” mentality. Whatever my responsibilities are as a player on a roster I will do whatever I need to do for the team. I pride myself on always being prepared and being coachable. Off the field, I am a player you do not have to worry about. I am a player who always looks out for his teammates and have never had any off the field issues.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

As a player in your organization, you would never have to worry about me not giving 100%. At UNH, I learned that you have to stay ready at all times as a player if you want to succeed. I make sure I always have great attention to detail in the film room and practice that allowed the games on Saturday to be easier. My determination to always get better is something that could contagious amongst my pears and will ultimately help me succeed at the next level.
