Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

Some of the goals that I had set before the season and accomplished were to lead the conference in sacks and finish top 3 in tackles and tackles for loss among Defensive Lineman in the conference. Become an All-Conference player, and to be the leader of the defense. These are just a few of the goals that I set out and accomplished.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

I believe my coaches will say I am a smart player, and gives great effort in everything I do. I also believe they would say I am one of the leaders on the team, very coachable, and would do anything to win.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

The main thing I try to focus on is technique. Making sure I have all the little things down before moving on to bigger things. Little things such as steps, stance, and initial get off. Making sure I have the best foundation to be successful.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

Things that separate me from others at my position would be my get off, my effort, my knowledge of the game, and the ability to make players around me better.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I am currently working out at school and my home. Working on position specific drills as well as strength and conditioning to get prepared for the draft and pro day opportunities.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Some of the many things on the field I bring to the table are my effort/work ethic, being coachable, and ability to make big time plays. I also feel like I can rush the passer when needed and play the run as well. Off the field, I know I can be a leader and help lead my teammates.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

The last thing I would sell would be that you would not regret taking a chance on me. All I need is one shot. One team to believe in me and trust my God-Given talent and abilities. I am trying to better someone’s team and bring as much success as possible. A choice you will not regret.
