What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

Coming in as a transfer with 1 season left, my goal was to earn the starting position. Be an impact not only on the ground but on air as well. My goal was to score every game. I ended the season with 12 total touchdowns.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I was able to work on my IQ more. Studying different defensive fronts, watching film to know what’s going on before it happens.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

Hard worker, selfless and consistent. They would say I showed up everyday doing my best.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on my body positioning. Having my body in the right position to make moves or see holes. Also, I focus on D-Line and LB tendencies.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I have a lot of patience to let the play develop when it’s cloudy. Hard runner, break multiple tackles at a time. Soft hands out the backfield, 18/18 on targets with 180 rec yards, 1 receiving TD. Great pass blocker, allowed no sacks.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

Training at Proactive Sports Performance, one of the best facilities to train at preparing for a pro day. On track of losing body fat, adding more muscle and getting faster.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

The strengths that I will bring to a team on the field is my athletic ability, quick twitch, ability to sustain blocks down field, lastly my knowledge of the game. On the field it would be my consistency. I work on my craft and study it to be sure I’m consistent in running, catching/routes, and pass blocking. I’m a work horse, I have no problem doing the dirty jobs.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I’m a team player that gives my best effort all the time. I never complain about anything, I put my head down and work. I’ll be the most consistent addition to the team.
