What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
The goals I set for my final year was to be the best version of me on the field at all times. I believe I accomplished that and my career stats speak for itself.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
I took advantage of the extra by getting better understanding of the game itself. I did transfer to another program that was very successful this year as well. The game of football is like chess but once you study it, you can master it.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
The things my coaches and teammates will say about me is he is a natural leader on and off the field. He devotes himself to being the best version of him! Also he just puts his head down and works til the last whistle has blown.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
When watching film I like to watch what I’m doing without the ball in my hands because I consider myself a all-round back that can block, catch and run. Also I like watching old film from years pass to find guys weak points because once you found out, it will always reveal itself on the field.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
The things that separates me from other prospects is the ability to catch up the backfield and being a big-time home-run in hitter. Also be able to play anything on special teams, I take proud in being able to do anything that can help a team win!
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I have already started training for my pro day that’s in March! I trained at velocity sports that’s located in Charlotte and that preparation has been great. My numbers are turning out great and I can’t wait to showcase my talent in front of scouts this coming March!
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
The strengths I will bring to a time is being able to do it all if need be. Special teams, running back, slot receiver or even kicker ! I will do whatever it takes to help a organization win. Also I’m very involved in the community and I can use my platform to inspire anybody to keep going and never give up on your dreams!
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
If you draft me or sign me you won’t regret it. I’m a student of the game and I will do whatever it takes to win! I’m Dedicated to my craft and my team! You will get the best version of me every rep. All I need is the opportunity!
