What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The goals that I set for myself this season was to just be the best version of myself from my previous season and did that by getting mentioned for All-Conference.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

One thing I did to make sure I took advantage of my extra year of eligibility was getting my mental game and my physical game up to par. this extra year allowed me to improve in small areas that I was lacking in previous seasons and I know I got more room to grow. Also grow with my team since I was new out in Texas.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I believe my coaches and teammates would say about me as a player is that I’m different. Some of the things I did this season as a guy my size, should not have done but I did it. another thing is I’m a strong hard-working, easy to coach, looking for ways to improve every day.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

One thing I look for when I’m watching film on myself is how can I improve on hand placement, my first step, get off stuff like that. For my Opponents I look for tendencies, little things someone might miss and use it to my advantage.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What I would say that would separates me from the rest of the prospects coming into this year‘s draft is my ability to want to improve, I don’t settle for what’s in front of me I’m always looking to be the best version of myself and for the team.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

In this off-season I will for sure be improving on the small things that I was lacking from this past season strengthening them. Getting stronger and faster, getting myself ready for any team ready to win.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My strengths I bring to any team that picks me up would be my work ethic and how I’m willing to learn, improve my game in every aspect whether that’s when I’m watching film or on the field. Also a coachable individual.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My final pitch would be if you are looking for a difference maker I’m your guy, someone who wants to be great in all aspects I’m that person. Thank you for the opportunity.
