Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goal for this last year was to get closer with my DB group and be a leader in the backend. I feel like I did a good job with helping most guys to become better DBs and we all played as a unit as a result. On top of that, I improved on things individually that I feel will help me in the future.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I believe they would say that I’m a hard worker and a selfless player. I put the teams needs before mine and do whatever is asked of me by my coaches. I’m a student of the game so I also think that they would say that I share my knowledge of the game with teammates to help them.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I study my technique as a DB and I make sure that I’m flying around the field. I also study my opponents tendencies to give myself an advantage come game time. The small things matter, so I look for things that don’t appear to the naked eye.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I believe my ability to close space and to fly around the field separates me. Being able to play multiple positions in the secondary helps and also being able to track the ball in the air, tackle in open space, and also cover man to man and in zone makes me a versatile athlete.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan to train at home with my personal trainer and improve my body composition so that I’m ready to play wherever needed and to also add more speed and explosion.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My football IQ and my ability to read and react fast will stand out the most. On top of that, being able to be versatile in the secondary or special teams will help bring me more exposure to a team.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Wherever I end up, you’re going to get every amount of hustle and effort out of me. I love and respect the game of football, so everything that I do comes with great detail and a desire to improve day in and day out. If given the chance to showcase my talent, you won’t be disappointed.
