What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

Goals I set out for my final collegiate season was to find my role and do it to the best of my ability, and to get better everyday and lead the group everyday. That was accomplished I was first in every drill and did every drill at an intense pace to set the tone for practice and in games.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

The extra COVID year gave me an opportunity to get back healthy to prep for the season and pro day.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I think coaches and players would say that I am a very smart intelligent player who brings physicality to the game who can make plays.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I study film I look for keys and clues to what play is coming for example if a team has the y inside the tackle what plays do they run vs when he is outside the tackle. Also look to see when the ball is snapped any keys like that.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I think what separates me from other recruits is my knowledge of the game, not only that I think my speed and strength separates me from others and my physicality.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

During the off-season I’m working on improving my speed and field drills to move more fluid and get in and out of breaks faster working on my flexibility as well to get more range of motion and bend better.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Strengths I’ll bring to teams is versatility, I can rush the passer, guard the slot tight ends and running backs and call plays make the right checks when needed, can both stop the run and the pass. I am also a quick learner that can learn the playbook at an incredible speed. That’s on the field, off the field I am a chilled layback guy that likes to play video games and stays out of the way while respecting women. So no worries of getting into legal trouble off of the field.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My final pitch is I am ready to get to work and just enjoy each and every moment apart of this journey and appreciate the process while never taking any of this for granted because I was once in a position where it was taken away from me but now from here on I am grateful of everything. Thankful for the opportunity.
