Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I had a goal to lead the nation in tackles this season, I had a goal to finish my career with over 520 tackles, and I had a goal to be an All-American. I accomplished all three of those goals.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I would have to say, they would say that my dedication, work ethic, and Grit are unmatched.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I first focus on what my assignment would be if they were to run that play against us. Next, I visualize myself making the play at a faster rate than the players on film did. Then, I look for weaknesses or tells from other players. Lastly, I think what would be able to beat that play.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My willingness and consistency to do whatever it takes to win.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

To follow the plans that have been laid out in front of me that have shown proven results and continue to improve my game.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I would say both on and off the field would have to be my discipline. On the field this would show up in doing my job play after play and being in the spot I’m suppose to. Then off the field they wouldn’t ever have to worry about me not being where I am suppose to be, or not doing the extra work.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

You will be getting a professional in every aspect of the word if you get me. I am a rare kind of worker, and my football intelligence allows me to make a lot of plays and is something that will help me make plays at the next level.
