What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My main goal everyday was to wake up and accomplish something better than I did the day before. Getting better and better by the day, having a kaizen mentality.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

It gave me the opportunity to play my grad year at Ohio Dominican University, where I was able to learn new techniques from a new coaching staff. I gained more experience with the interior D-line positions. My years at Tiffin we focused on the discipline aspect of the game, and transferring to ODU gave me the opportunity to enhance my physical skills.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I have been coached by many coaching styles and they all say the same thing about me at the end of the year, they say I’m a reliable, disciplined and a physical player.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on what I could have done better; I’m my biggest critic. If It was a good rep I look at how I could’ve made it a great rep. For scouting opponents I do breakdowns on the offensive line and their scheme.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I’m a player who has came though adversity. From going to JUCO, playing at Tiffin University, to taking my grad year at Ohio Dominican University, I have been coached by many different coach’s and styles and have learned a lot from them.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I am training now for my senior bowl game mid January. I’m blessed to receive the opportunity to play in the 2022 Dream Bowl and will make it count!

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field I am a physical player with a strong first strike, I come out with heart and passion to be there. Off the field I’m a relentless worker, a team player and will support the decisions to get the job done.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

When looking at me you will see someone who is able to adapt and change on the fly. I will always come ready to work and with uptempo energy.
