What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I set a lot of goals going into my final season. I met the majority of them but I did fall short of the yards I wanted to accomplish unfortunately.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I actually did not use my Covid year of eligibility. But I do think it is beneficial to a lot of guys a lot of us are in a lot of similar situations when it comes to reaching the next level.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

Teammates and coach’s would say I’m a good leader by example and I look out for the team in their best interests. Unselfish and a student of the game always looking for ways to improve.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I study film im looking at ways to set myself as well my teammates up for success. Slowing down my steps/approach, looking how physical or quick my guard is coming off the ball or coming around on the pull, how i should approach it. Little things to get every advantage possible to make everyone’s job look easier. One big run could be based off one wash down block or seeing the crease in just the right time.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

Something that separates me from other prospects in my position, I can impact the game in multiple ways. My vision and quickness something I really take pride on looking for was to improve those everyday. Becoming an all around back, the willingness to sit in on pass protection, catching the ball out of the back field, being able to read defense and making the most when you touch the ball.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

This offseason I’ve been training trying to improve my speed and explosiveness. Trying to test good at pro day to hopefully catch some extra attention.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Some strengths I bring to the team, the ability to provide more explosive plays. Never know when im going to bust an exciting run but they know it’s coming. Off the field being a pro in all aspects, being accountable, respectful, and just knowing how to operate in society. Cannot act certain ways have to hold myself to a higher standard.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Whomever take a shot with me know they will be getting a competitor and someone who is willing to sit and learn soak up as much knowledge as possible. Getting someone who is in love with winning and always looking for ways to improve in every aspect.
